UK Health Minister Sajid Javid that boosters will coming every 3 months announced Nov. 29, allegedly on the advice of its expert vaccine panel, the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI).
Javid said he asked the JCVI “to urgently review…whether we should reduce the gap between 2nd doses and boosters” to which they halved the previous recommendation from 6 to 3 months.
The JCVI’s advice seems like a rubber-stamp approval, as the JCVI’s previous Sept. 3 recommendation not to vaccinate children 12 to 15 was rejected by the UK govt and overturned on Sept. 13, 2021.
