Defeated Bill 12, like the vast majority of private member’s bills, was never going to see the light of day. It would never be passed because the Ontario govt–as it’s done all along–continues to remove itself of any accountability for the Covid-19 response. Any failures will not rest on their political or legal shoulders.
The bill was pure optics, as the dangerous and unnecessary vaccine mandates simply remain the responsibility of individual school boards and public health units.

Most the deaths, by far, associated with C19 outbreaks have occured in institutions such as longterm care homes, prisons, and C19 hospital wards. Now, when you look into the age segementation you can make comparisons between those in those institutions and those outside. By far, again, most of the deaths, related to C19 outbreaks, of people over 65 years of age have occurred inside these insititutions.
Okay, so what is strongly co-related with people 65 and older? Medical conditions that can cause death. And, by the way, death itself tends to concentrate in the older population, as one would expect. When it comes to death and co-relation with age, consider that the average stay in long term care homes for the aged is about 2 years; and the average time before death in that segment of our population is about 6 months or so. Outside of longterm care homes, the co-relation is much looser because people who live independently, or with family, tend to not live in hospitals or tend not to stay for long in care. But, when they do make that move, it is usually because of lack of options on their own, given whatever ailments they may suffer during their declining years.
It is not heartless to recognize this reality of human existence and this reality of how we age and live in our society.
To some extent the isolation and suffering that people in these insitutions have suffered is caused by the absurd policy of locking down society to wait for a vax program. THAT WAITING did not mean we protected the old and frail; instead we delayed herd immunity and THAT has meant many more vulnerable people were infected and died of something that would normally have run its course during a 3 months period of flu season. Now the vaxes were rushed to this very same vulnerable segment of society — and the pressure on residents of longterm care homes was all out of proportion — and yet again the governments have inflicted more suffering and brought about deaths in its reaction to this virus.
The virus was never the big monster that would smash us; the government has always been the beast that did far more harm. And there is no end in sight.
A Mandate is voluntary, and can be rejected by the school boards. If they accept they become liable for reasonable care. See that the forced injections are criminal and are direct violations of the Canadian Bill of Rights, anyone being extorted in this manner can sue the person attempting to enforce this criminal act4 in small claims.
The government is attempting to download the criminal acts onto the school boards and their employees. Anyone in a position to do so should tell the government to pound sand.
