My sister works at CIBC bank and my Cousin works at a day care / school setting. Both were informed by their respective employers that they will be mandated essentially forced to get the poisonous jab?

employers are now requiring staff to reveal their vaccine status under the guise of local regulations in the event of a breakout.
I have not been back to work since I refused Covid test in December due to it going against my constitutional rights. Was told not to return until I produce a negative test result. Is there anything I can do about not receiving any income due to my hospital policy?
