Crystal Luchkiw, Mark Trozzi and Patrick Phillips is successful, the iron-clad and unlawful grip of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario could loosen, absolving Drs. Phillip and Luchkiw of their license suspensions and Dr. Trozzi of his pending suspension.

Join us a counsel, Michael Alexander, and the doctors take us through the motion hearing that took place Nov. 23 with the CPSO and share their stories of outrageous persecution for continuing the longstanding standards and policies of the CPSO that vanished with Covid-19.

  6. Can you explain the composition of the panel hearing this matter? Are some of the panel members lawyers or doctors? How many on the panel?
