[TRAILER] Court Overturns Mother’s Medical Decision-Making Rights, Children May Be Vaxxed Against Wishes

An Ontario court of appeal has overturned the rights of a mother to make medical decisions for her children by granting them to the father with whom the children do not live, explains co-counsel for the mother, Garifalia Milousis.

Despite the two children having expressed their wishes not to receive the Covid-19 “vaccines” and the mother her concerns without long-term evidence of safety and efficacy for a virus of minimal threat to children, the father wants his children vaccinated.

Of equal or greater concern for all Canadians is the basis for the appeal decision: the concept of taking judicial notice in which courts make decisions based on a govt’s position on a matter taken as the factual, default position, i.e., a medical treatment is deemed “safe and effective.” Exercising judicial powers based on a de facto govt’s statements is a slippery slope for all Canadians, as any future medical treatment decisions may be based on the judicial notice and not what’s in the best interest of the individual children involved.
