Legally, Constitutionally and Ethically…No One Can Tell You to Inject Something Into Your Body

The bottom line is that no one can legally, constitutionally or ethically tell you to inject something into your body. Coercive vaccine mandates violate several laws, policies and ethics. Here are some examples.

College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), Obtaining Consent:

6. For consent to be valid, physicians must ensure that it:

    c. Is informed.

    d. Is given voluntarily and not under duress.

            i. If physicians believe that consent is not being freely given, they must ensure that there has been no coercion.

    e. Is not obtained through misrepresentation or fraud.

            i. Physicians must be frank and honest when interacting with patients, including when conveying information about the proposed treatment.

7. To ensure that consent is informed, physicians must:

    a. provide information about the nature of the treatment, its expected benefits, its material risks and material side effects, alternative courses of action and the likely consequences of not having the treatment prior to obtaining consent

Rocco Galati, Constitutional Lawyer, Employee Rights & The Covid-19 Vaccine:

“In Canada…any medical treatment, including vaccination, without the informed consent of the citizen is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court of Canada has already ruled this.”

Criminal Code of Canada, Extortion:

346 (1) Every one commits extortion who, without reasonable justification or excuse and with intent to obtain anything, by threats, accusations, menaces or violence induces or attempts to induce any person, whether or not he is the person threatened, accused or menaced or to whom violence is shown, to do anything or cause anything to be done.

  1. Does this apply to accessing services that require passports such as gyms, arenas, dance classes, library programs, restaurants etc. Are they guility of extortion because you can’t access the service unless you are vaccinated?

  2. After seeing this post, Alberta Blue Cross reached out to me to assure me that they respect my private decision with regard to vaccination. Further, they suggested my fears regarding my future employment were unfounded as, while they support the government vaccination effort, they are willing to entertain options that will allow non-vaccinated employees to continue working. This reassurance has restored my trust and I happily and without hesitation retract my above comment. My fears were unfounded and I sincerely apologize to Alberta Blue Cross for questioning their corporate values as stated on the website: “Integrity and Trust – We are respectful, ethical, honest and inclusive in all that we do.”

  3. Thanks for giving me more ammunition to fight back against my employer, Alberta Blue Cross. They have advised all sales staff that they must be double jabbed by December 15th or be placed on unpaid leave for one month and then…..(fired I suspect). No testing allowed. I have contacted a lawyer (James Kitchen) to pursue this matter further when the time comes. Hoping to have more insurance company employees (from Sun Life, Canada Life, etc. ) to join in the lawsuit. Thanks for all that you are doing Brightlight News!

Thanks for shining the light on a very dark moment in Canadian history. I work for the City of Saskatoon. While I am not being forced to get the vaccine in order to keep my job, I am expected to pay for a test every 7 days at my own expense and on my own time in order to keep my job. Is their any light that can be shawn on this coercive practice. Thanks!
