I Saw The Roadmap The Globalists Were Laying Out For The World -Rocco Galati, Constitutional Lawyer

Listen to Rocco Galati’s first speech since 2021, as he discusses the dismantling of the very systems and freedoms we have come to know and updates some of his legal cases against Covid/vaccine mandates.

“We are today engaged in a full out war against reason, against the scientific method that has served humanity well for over two 2500 years. There are only two systems that can mitigate against this vile and vicious propaganda today the education and legal systems and what they have in common and what they both need in order to survive and thrive and succeed is the inseparable commonalities of freedom and independence. Without individual constitutional freedoms, no independent school system can exist, nor independent critical minds are thinking nurtured. They just can’t happen without debt. And as Bonnie said earlier, there’s a parallel system in society that’s emerging, which is not the first time in our history that it has. And you’re a part of it. You should brace that society and embrace the fact that we need to travel back in time to attain a future of self-reliance, civil disobedience, assertion of our human constitutional rights.”

SPEECH TRANSCRIPT

In 1996, I was bringing a constitutional challenge to the Multilateral Agreement on Investment, which was a mega, mega globalist trade treaty that was supposed to be signed by the 27 OECD countries, that is, the G20, plus the other heavily industrialized countries of the world. We brought a constitutional challenge to Canada’s constitutional jurisdiction to even sign the treaty. And make a long story short, the treaty never got signed because of our challenge, and by the time our challenge wound its way through the courts, the treaty never got signed and fell apart during the course of this treaty litigation. I saw the roadmap that these globalists were laying out for the world. And frankly, you know, it caused me concern because I was starting to double guess my own sanity, thinking to myself, Are you dreaming this up? You know, is it possible that they’re planning to do this, that and the other thing? Well, in that same year, this was 1996. Early in that year, one of my favorite great human minds of the 20th century published his latest book. And unfortunately, he died about ten months later in December of 1996 at age 62. In that book, as I was doing this litigation and page 25, I read the following paragraph written by this author. He said, quote, I have a foreboding of an American, of an America in my children or grandchildren’s time.

When the United States is a service and information economy, when nearly all the key manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries, when awesome technological powers in the hands of a very few and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority when clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical fact faculties in decline. Unable to distinguish between what feels good and what’s true, we slide almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness. The dumbing down of America is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media. The 30-second soundbites now down to 10 seconds or less. Lowest common denominator programming credulous presentations of pseudoscience and superstition, but especially a kind of celebration of ignorance. When I read that while I was preparing my case, I said, Oh my God, if this great mind that I’ve been following since I was a teenager sees what I’m seeing in the evidence. We’re in fucking trouble. For those of you who might recognize the author, that, of course, was Professor Carl Sagan. Carl Sagan, in that same book at page 12, put in for the layperson an amazing tool kit to equip the layperson and the average person to critically think.

He called it the baloney detection kit. And for the youngsters in the room, baloney was my generation’s euphemism for bullshit. So, here’s what Carl Sagan set out as his guidance to be able to smell, sniff and dispose of BS. One Whenever possible, there must be an independent confirmation of the facts to encourage substantive debate on the evidence by knowledge knowledgeable proponents of all points of view. Three. Arguments from authority carry little weight. Quote Authorities have made mistakes in the past. They will do so again in the future. Perhaps a better way to say it is that in science there are no authorities at most. There are experts for spin more than one hypothesis. I’m not going to go through all the detail because I don’t want to keep you here all night. But five try not to get overly attached to my hypothesis just because it’s yours. It’s only a way station in the pursuit of knowledge. Six. Quantify if whatever it is you’re explaining as some measure, some numerical quantity attached to it, you’ll be much better able to discriminate amongst competing hypotheses. Next, if there’s a chain of argument, every link in the chain must work, including the premise, not just most of them. Then he sets out as the ninth Occam’s Razor. This is the convenient rule of thumb that argues us when faced with two hypotheses that explain the data equally well to choose the simpler.

And lastly, always seek whether the hypothesis can be, at least in principle, falsified. Propositions that are untenable and falsifiable are not worth much. Now to my colleagues who are just up here on stage, this would not be news to them. What Professor Sagan in his book, 1996 book, and I encourage all of you to pick it up. It’s still sold online. It’s called The Demon Haunted World. Science is a candle in the dark. It was on the New York Times bestseller list at the time. It was over a quarter century ago. And he’s describing the world we’re living in today. Very few people listen to him. So what Carl Sagan, of course, was doing in this book was setting out a slice of the scientific method for the layperson to actually use as a tool. There’s nothing outdated about the scientific method except that it has been slowly discarded, especially in the times of COVID 1984, since its inception. By my people, by the way, in Calabria. 4 to 5 centuries B.C. the pre-Socratic thinkers said. Pythagoras, Parmenides, Dion and Theodomitus(?). These are the people who tutored Socrates, Plato, and the great thinkers of Greece. They lived in a place called Magna Graecia, which is today in a village called Ilia(?), which is 15-minute drive from my village where I was born in Calabria.

Bertrand Russell and his Nobel Prize winning book, The History of the Western Philosophy, described Parmenides as the greatest philosopher of all time. The Pre-Socratic’s in that hilltop village after drinking wine for 3 hours and looking at the stars, invented mathematics, logic, rhetoric, deductive and inductive reasoning. And you can draw a straight line between their thinking through the dark ages of Europe, straight to the age of reason and enlightenment in the 14 and 1500s in Europe that led to the Renaissance. So, we are today engaged in a full out war against reason, against the scientific method that has served humanity well for over two 2500 years. You should brace that society and embrace the fact that we need to travel back in time to attain a future of self-reliance, civil disobedience, assertion of our human constitutional rights.

The ideas of such people like Socrates, David Thoreau, Ralph Emerson and Carl Sagan must materialize as our children’s future, even if it is an alternative future to the propaganda slaves of the phone, Internet, Uber and Amazon. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel. We look to history to see where and how we thrived as a race. Independent thinking, scientific method and lack of superstition and political thuggery. Science. The scientific method, as imperfect as any method is, is the best chance we have gone under this globalist detention camp or the social gatherings, the political and scientific discourse and debates replaced by the isolating, lackluster and political chance without any candle lights. All we have are political and fascist thugs telling it the way it is and ignoring truth and science. So they talk about pandemics and epidemics COVID 19, the variants, the monkey pox, on and on and on. They play on phantom fears of the unknown, the unseeable, the untestable, because they’re not willing to test it under the scientific rubric. Meanwhile, we’re told by Health Canada that 50% of the Canadians by the year 2030, that’s in eight years, one in two of us in this room will have a form of cancer. 50% of the Canadian population will have cancer by 2030.

37% of us, including myself, are diabetic. Every 59 seconds on planet Earth, the child starves to death from lack of food. Those are fucking pandemics and epidemics, and yet we hear nothing about them. And these pandemics are not. Pandemics are caused by what? Bad food, bad water, bad air, bad environments caused by the greedy corporations for profit and the non solution of pharmaceutical drugs to mitigate the very problems they’ve brought to you. So, with COVID 19 and all the other nasty phantom viruses to come, we have Prime Ministrel, uh, Justin Trudeau. And you heard that right? I was. I wasn’t misspeaking. Minstrel, not minister. Prime minstrel. Barking at us from the darkness. I want to remind them, apart from telling him to go pound sand on a wet beach, that we are 19 in 2022, not 1922, and that Al Jolson has long been dead. And the jazz singer is over 100 years old now. For those of you who don’t know what a minstrel is or a jazz singer or Al Jolson and the jazz singer was. That’s your homework for the summer. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau temporarily revoked the travel bans. It’s no coincidence that we served our $640 Million lawsuit two weeks prior to that on behalf of federal employees who lost their jobs because they didn’t want to take the vax.

In that lawsuit, they were looking for compensation for their charter violations. We’re also looking to declare the travel bans unconstitutional, as well as the provision of employment insurance not being available for those who are fired because they…they refused the vaccine. We also served notice last week on the provincial ground. We’re required to give them 60 days notice. We serve notice with a statement of claim we are allowed to issue 60 days from now, in August, on August 15th, with 420 plaintiffs who are nurses, doctors, orderlies, ambulance drivers, in the…in the Ontario health care system. And you might have or you might not have read and heard our our British Columbia action is on the rails. We argued the motion to strike on May 31st. The action that was filed late last fall was argued we were waiting for a decision from the court. The US Supreme Court today came down with a wonderful decision, 6 to 3, saying state funding a school curriculum cannot discriminate against alternative schools and domination of religious schools. They must be funded on the same basis as the other schools.

  1. Now here we have a real teacher and somebody to admire for what he has done for us Canadians.
Trudeau,Freeland and the globalist shills in Parliament can go pound sand.
What an unmitigated genocide and disgrace they have brought to this great land.
