FDA Being Sued By Experts for Not Releasing Pfizer Vaccine Data

In an egregious lack of transparency, the U.S. FDA is being sued by Public Health & Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), an expert group of doctors and scientists whose “organization takes no position on the data other than that it should be made publicly available to allow independent experts to conduct their own review and analyses.”

The FDA approved the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine in just 108 days, when Pfizer started producing data for licensure May 7, 2021 until its eventual licensure August 23, 2021.

Days after the Pfizer vaccine was approved for children aged 16+, PHMPT submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the FDA for “all of the data within Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine biological product file.”

By the FDA’s own regulations, all documents underlying the licensure of a vaccine should be made “immediately available,” including “all safety and effectiveness data and information” and “adverse reaction reports, product experience reports, consumer complaints, and other similar data and information.” C.F.R. § 601.51(e)

Rather than releasing the data for public scrutiny, the FDA asked a federal judge to grant them until 2076 to make the data fully available. The FDA requested they be allowed to release 500 pages per month of the entire 329,000 pages of documents provided by Pfizer to the FDA, or just under 55 years for the full data release.

In approving the licensure of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine in 108 days and then requesting 55 years to complete its redacted form for exempted material, Dr. Peter McCullough, MD, a PHMPT member, said, “This is alarming that the U.S. FDA and Pfizer are colluding to not reveal to us what is going on with these vaccines.”

PHMPT includes an impressive list of eminent doctors as scientists including Harvey Risch, PhD, Dr. Byram Bridle, Paul Alexander, PhD, Peter Doshi, BMJ Associate Editor, Dr. Richard Urso, MD, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, MD, PhD, Dr. Peter C. Gøtzsche, Dr. Andrew Boston, MD, Denis Rancourt, PhD and Dr. Ira Bernstein, MD.

The eyes of the world should now be focused on this govt malfeasance and a wake up call to any who believe that govts are being transparent with vital vaccine and public health data. If not, the darker days forecasted by many of the PHMPT’s experts regarding Covid-19 “vaccine” dangers” shall be upon us sooner than the shortening winter days as children ages 5 to 11 start to receive the unproven vaccines around the world.
